sneak peeks from different sessions as well as little tidbits about me
and my silly family!
A little about me... I am a mother of
two and a wife of one. My God-given love for photography goes back to
when I was a little girl and would cut ads from magazines and plaster
them on my walls (if my mom only would have appreciated it as much as I
did!) I am a self-confessed Starbucks addict (a Grande Non-Fat, Decaf
Carmel Machiatto upside-down to be exact) and I love to laugh. I wish I
were witty but most of the time my wit comes after the time has passed.

This past week has been gloomy with all the dark clouds and rain but this little guy was a ray of sunshine! What a sweetie he is and such a good sleeper! I am SO loving this shot with my new prop, in fact, it just might make it into the studio window! Thank you Mika and Mary for all your help, you were awesome!

Taking three weeks off of shooting has been a nice break especially after the last four months of shooting almost every day! But I have to admit that I was a bit giddy at my first senior session of 2010 on Saturday! I LOVE when seniors are totally game for whatever I have in mind! Yes, a location might look crazy as we pull up, but trusting your photographer is crucial! Kirstie trusted me and it paid off! I hope you love your images as much as I do! I had such a fun day with you and your cousin! All my best for an awesome senior year!

What might people not know about you? I don’t wear matching socks and i shaved my head when i was 10
What are your plans after high school? College! probably south, and probably Psychology if i can figure out how to spell it.
The word I say most often is? “naow” as in “come over naoww”

Look who came to visit me at Christmas!! Ok, ok, she didn’t just come to visit me, but I like to think of it that way! Kari and Ken (isn’t that cute?? I mean Kute?? lol!) wanted a couple pictures after our lunch at The General Store and being a bff with a photographer has it’s perks! Here are a couple shots of them. She is here!! Baby Stella made her appearance just before Christmas and I was thrilled to finally meet her! She was a perfect angel at our session and slept the whole entire time! Even with me poking and prodding! Congrats Hall family on your beautiful addition!

It feels like forever since I have posted a session for you! I have been a busy bee with the Christmas (and yearbook) rush as well as renovating the new studio (pics coming soon!) but I had to share this lovely session that I had with Mary and Gary just before Christmas! What a gorgeous day it was!! I guess the third time is truly the charm because the first two times we tried to do this session, we got rained out. I can’t wait for this little guy to make his appearance (which should be soon!)
