NAPCP Retreat | California child portrait photographer | Sarah Lane Studios

I was thrilled to find out that the NAPCP retreat was being held in my hometown of Napa Valley this year! I joined into their sessions on Monday and got to meet a long time online friend and awesome photographer, Andrea Halsey, in person for the first time in two years! She lives in NC and made the trip out for the retreat! We were also blessed by some pretty fabulous speakers including Tamara Lackey and Dane Sanders. It was an awesome day! Here are a couple shots of the adorable models that came out for the evening shoot!

Family of 3 | Napa lifestyle photographer | Sarah Lane Studios

Man was it cold out on this session! I mean C.O.L.D! Tripp, Elizabeth and Calvin were such troopers in the 40 degree weather! Tripp was sick and lovingly carried Calvin up the hills and shared his jacket and scarf to keep the little guy warm. It is awesome to see the love that Elizabeth and Tripp have for each other and their dog. Elizabeth is stunningly beautiful with her porcelain skin and gorgeous red hair. I absolutely love the shots that we got so I totally think it was worth not being able to feel my hands for a couple hours! Here is their sneak peek, so nice to see you guys again! And here is to another year Calvin!

Alexandria {class of 2010} | Napa senior portrait photographer | Sarah Lane Studios

Now this beauty might look a tad familiar and it’s only because I just did a session with her twin sister a little over a week ago! Both sisters were equally comfortable in front of my lens and I love the angles that they were giving! Alexandria has gorgeous eyes and I loved her boots! Aren’t they cute?! I loved every second of her session and have totally enjoyed getting to know this family. Here is her sneak peek, I know she has been DYING to see! lol!
