In the midst of this past weekends heat wave, I had my session with Megan. She was such a sport as I put outfit after outfit on her and she really braved the heat well. This past week has been a serious blur with all of the senior sessions so I am forewarning you about a serious blog overload within the next 24 hours! Friday was my session with Pat and it was FLIPPIN’ HOT!! When I clocked the temp on my way to the sesh it was 102 degrees and of course I made the poor guy put on long sleeves! Sisters Boutique | California editorial photographer | Sarah Lane Studios

Sisters Boutique in Yountville, CA is one of my favorite stores. They carry all of my favorites… Kenzie, Citizens for all Humanity, William Rast, OmniPeace and the list goes on and on. They are a full service boutique so they have an esthitician and a makeup artist on site. If you haven’t made it up to the store, you have to check them out! They are upstairs in the Marketplace 1870.

Michelle is my stylist and make-up artist and has done the faces of many senior girls that you have seen on this blog but this was her first time in front of my lens! I loved watching the sister dynamic as I photographed them. Each on plays a different role in each others lives and it left me wishing I had sisters! Well their session was hot hot hot and I am so excited to share some images! Take a look…
