family of 5 | Napa family photographer | Sarah Lane Studios

The B family was super fun to work with! We had a great time cruising around the Riverfront area of Napa earlier this week. Here’s a look into their session…

Mama’s eyes are Uh-Ma-Zing!

…and so are Franky’s!

This is the look I got when I told Franky there was a bug on my lens…

…and this is when he had enough of my jokes! lol! To inquire about a family session, please email Sarah@SarahLaneStudios.com

Family of 3 | Napa family photographer | Sarah Lane Studios

Lots of catching up to do in the next couple days on the blog! Last week was a BUSY one and included this family and their adorable little girl! Our session included hiking through an overgrown field and then making our way to downtown Napa. I just LOVE her in that little tutu and love her little nakey baby butt! Thanks D family for hanging with me and I hope you had an awesome trip to the islands! Aloha!

Happy first day of Spring! | lifestyle family photographer | Sarah Lane Studios

Since  today is the “official” first day of Spring, I thought what better way to kick it off than a post about fun family spring fashion ideas! This is a question I get all the time with my sessions, so hopefully this help get you ready for our consultations! If you are interested in booking a Spring session, there is still time (although there are only a couple spots left!) Email me at Sarah@SarahLaneStudios.com to inquire!

Green eggs and ham | Benicia family photographer | Sarah Lane Studios

This past weekend I had a session with the “B” Family! I loved getting to know them as we drove all over the country side for their session. Two of their children have been diagnosed with autism and I was a little nervous before the shoot because knowing the sensitivities that often come with the disorder, I didn’t want to over stimulate or overwhelm them. My nerves were gone as soon as we arrived at our first location and their little girl held my hand as we walked together. Totally stole my heart! As I began to shoot she started blowing me kisses and would giggle and say some words under her breath. I really didn’t know what she was saying until mom said, “she is reciting  “Green Eggs & Ham”. One of my all time favorite books! These kids are a treasure and I thoroughly enjoyed spending the morning with them.

I feel blessed to have met you guys and I hope you enjoy your sneak peek. These ones of your little man in the mustard are killing me!
